Today we finished up the communication unit with a look at passive, aggressive, and assertive communication. Students looked at a few examples before creating their own examples of passive, aggressive, and assertive responses to practice scenarios. We're working to make assertive not aggressive leaders, and hopefully it will help students learn to be more self-confident.
