Today, we worked on the second day of our communication focus, which will, in turn, focus on nonverbal communication at the beginning. We went through some skits in which students had to communicate verbally and nonverbally in a variety of manners.

You’ve heard the saying, “Actions speak louder than words.” What does that mean to you? What are some examples you’ve seen in movies or TV shows? What are some examples of that in your own life?
Homework
Monitor your own nonverbal communication. Pay attention to what expressions your making as you speak, what body language you're employing, what tone of voice you're using. Be ready to report back tomorrow.
