We had a great first day today. Students learned their schedules, got to know each other and their teachers, and learned a little something about math, science, English, social studies, PE, and leadership.

In our class, we began with the basics: introductions. Specifically, students learned the elements of a good handshake. When they get home today, their homework is to practice the handshake with parents. Make sure you're on your A-game, parents!
