Our first groups went today, and as often happens when first groups go, there was room for improvement. But I anticipated that: today was a chance for everyone to refresh (or to learn) some of the basics of group presentations. Students saw for themselves that it's about one thing: organization, organization, organization.

We also gave much-earned kudos to these first groups who powered through their presentations without the help other groups would have: they had no one to watch before them to make adjustments to their presentations. But learning and improvement is what it's all about, so the first groups, after getting a chance (along with all other students) to revise their presentation, will get another shot on Monday.
