Today, we were supposed to begin MAP testing, which is designed to give us teachers some information about where students stand with a whole variety of skills. Unfortunately, due to technical difficulties (tech is great until it doesn't work, then it's just a paperweight), we had to revert to our usual plans. We'll be MAP testing tomorrow.

Today we continued with our lit circle practice by applying it to the student handbook. Students today conducted their discussions based on their preparation from yesterday and then continued reading pages 8-13
